When the chief executives of six cricket associations meet with Pakistan Cricket Board officials at the National High-Performance Centre in Lahore tomorrow for a round of meetings, divisional tournaments at the U19 and senior levels will be discussed, among other important issues. Pakistan Junior League Under 19 Schedule is also announced.
The feasibility of introducing divisional tournaments in all six CAs will be discussed in order to provide more opportunities for young cricketers. These divisions will serve as a bridge between the City Cricket Association and the Cricket Association levels, allowing cricketers to develop their skills before being introduced at the highest domestic level.
The protocols for the upcoming summer league across the six CAs will also be discussed at the two-day meeting, following the resounding success of the Club winter league cricket. The CCA U19 tournaments, as well as the development, growth, and promotion of the sport at the school level, will be among the topics discussed.
